Got on the water early, 6 AM. Very Calm and Still. At 9-10 the wind picked up and so did the bite. Started morning with Sexy Shad Lipless crankait (White belly Blue back). Also had a Popper (white bell grey back. Several swipes at the Sexy Shad and the fish kept missing the Popper. Had one Smallie on the Sexy Shad on the eastern shore, just as the wind started. Changed over to a White/grey diving billed plug (6-8 foot). Had three more smallie tween the southern peninsula and island.

We fished from 7:30 AM to 1PM had three Xmouth bass. I caught two on a lipless Sexy Shad crankbait white belly blu back. FOOW14 caught his bass on a Diving crankbait (4-6 foot). We caught one by the Saphire Estates and the other two by the Beach st side. All fish came by casting to shore and over the 4 foot to 12 foot drop off. The drop off are very steep.

Four -five 1 -2.5 lbs bass on Red Crankbait and red Squarebill plug. Run the Squarebill on top of the eel grass.

4.5 lb in red Senko off of docks. Elevated metal docks better than the wood docks only 6-8 inches above the water.
