Yamasenkos & other plastics, buzzbaits, jerk, cranks, spoons & sticks for trout. Saltwater is all about the bite.
Fishing Rods
Bass Pro Tourny Sp 7' baitcaster with braid: this is what I use to rip through weedy areas or to fish heavier lures

Fishing Techniques
Bass - always go with topwater if its an option, otherwise soft plastics, jerkbaits, cranks, spinners, etc.
Trout - always casting spoons/woblers, sometimes fly w/ bubble
Stripers - casting Ronz's, swim shads, minnow plugs, poppers; trolling leadhead jigs, tube&worms
