| Ingredients: | butter salt pepper onions | |
| Directions: | take some foil and put the striper in it with butter salt and pepper to taste sliced onions on top wrap tight in the foil and cook on low until fish looks cooked to your taste. |

| Other Notes: | you can cook just about any fish like this the cooking time will depend on how big it is and the grill you are using. | |
